Upgrading your combi boiler for an energy efficiency boiler : All inclusive (powerflushing the existing radiators with the right chemicles and inhibitor, all materials needed, with notification of installation work of gas appliance to gas safe) EXCLUDING boiler : £500.00

Powerflushing your existing heating system:
Some heating systems may experience poor circulation resulting in lukewarm radiators, poor hot water, increased noise and sludge build up.
By ‘power flushing’ your heating system, the sludge and any built up unwanted residue will be removed via inline magnetic filtration, which will make your system work more efficiently.
The cost of ‘power flushing’ is :-
Combi system : £250.00
Vented system: £350.00

Unvented system will quote on visit:
Image 2 shows a property with poor water flow and pressure. 3 floors with one shower room on each floor. We installled a Home booster that feeds the unvented tank so no matter how many showers they use in the property and if all taps are open every outlet is getting minimum 3bar water pressure. the heating was diverted by the three floors so they have control of which floor radiators they want on and off.
