We are presently looking to recruit a maintenance handy person to work within managed apartments in Central London. This job is initially For Tuesday to Friday this week but may be longer.

You will need to visit our office in Oxford Circus today to register and then be free to start work tomorrow. Please only apply if you can meet this requirement.

£8.00ph

Candidates must have:

Experience of working in a maintenance role within either hotels or serviced apartments
Experience of working with fabric, electricity, plumbing and bathroom grouting silicone
Excellent communication skills as well as being well presented.
A solid understanding and knowledge of all general Handy person tasks which may arise
The role is on going and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
