Apples & Pears is a small late night trendy cocktail bar and kitchen off the Brick Lane. We're looking for a FULL TIME bar supervisor with cocktail making experience and two PART TIME cocktail bartenders to join our team!

FOR ALL POSITIONS, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE HANDLING and PREPARING FOOD.

Hours available are Monday – Sundays, daytime and evenings to start ASAP!

We have regular weekly events and promotions that run Thursday to Sundays with some of London's top DJ talent playing the best of R&B, Hip Hop, House, Funk, Soul, Reggae, Dubstep, Drum & Bass and more.

We’re looking for team members with bar experience that are hard working, fun loving, and have the personality, passion and enthusiasm to deliver excellent service standards in our bar.

For the role of: BAR SUPERVISOR and COCKTAIL BARTENDER we are looking for the following qualities:

• Minimum 6 months cocktail experience (references required)
• Previous supervisory experience (at least 6 months) and strong and confident leader
• Have experience in working in a busy bar environment
• Show ambition, passion & dedication to the job & industry
• Great communication skills & well presented
• Have a track record of providing excellent service standards
• Be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Take ownership & show leadership where required
• Free pouring, multi-serving, speed & accuracy are second nature
• Excellent cocktail & spirits knowledge with mastery of the classics & innovations in your own creations
• Have loads of personality, be fun loving, hard working and sociable
